核二廠廠房內今（30）日中午約11點半時發生「流程輻射監測器」（PRM）警報狀況，疑似為輻射超標，時間持續了近40分鐘。行政院原能會表示，已要求台電公司立即調查相關肇因；台電公司也出面澄清，是在爐水取樣測試時，因爐水滴落地面而蒸發，系統才會偵測到輻射值，絕無輻射外洩的情形。

今日中午約11點33分時，核二廠廠房內「流程輻射監測器」警報響起，時間持續了大約43分鐘，原能會表示，已要求台電立即調查相關肇因。

日前行政院長林全與經濟部前部長李世光皆紛紛表示，核二廠的二號機是供電的最後王牌，不料如今核二廠再度發生狀況，也增加外界對核電廠的輻射疑慮。

台電發言人林德福針對此事回應，他表示今日中午的狀況是因為核二廠一號機每半年要測試一次的「事故後爐水取向取樣系統」，在測試的過程當中因為管子鬆脫，而導致些許爐水漏到地面上而揮發，警報也隨之響起。

林德福也進一步說明，當台電人員一發現是管子鬆脫，就已馬上處理，後續也沒有再滲漏的情況，警報也停止，而台電後續也會針對此事作檢討改進。台電也出面聲明，表示輔機廠房進行爐水取樣系統測試的地方，與反應爐位於不同建築物，而警報發生期間，核二廠廠區及廠界環境輻射監測皆維持正常，並不會影響機組運轉與工作人員及民眾安全。

此次發表會上，最先亮相的就是第三代 Apple Watch，其大小與過去機型相同，並有分可安裝 SIM 卡與不可安裝 SIM 卡兩個版本；可安裝 SIM 卡版售價 399 美元（約新台幣 1 萬 2 千元），不可安裝 SIM 卡版則售價 329 美元（約新台幣 9900 元），將在本周五（15日）開始預購、22 日開賣，而台灣也在首波開賣名單內。

第三代 Apple Watch 內建 SIM 卡版，可收發訊息、撥打電話，並支援 LTE 數據連線，同時也搭載雙核心處理器，啟動 APP 速度較前一代快 2 倍，效能提高 70%、省電效能也提升 50%。此外，此次蘋果也推出新的手錶作業系統 WatchOS 4，並預計將在本月 19 日開放更新。
